Du Chau
After I attended Du Chau's lecture, I found his work was very insightful and fascinating as it depicted so many different levels of emotions and story telling. Chau creates work that symbolizes different aspects of his country's history, his childhood, and his family. As a result, Chau has a lot of enthusiasm and passion for his work as he puts together pieces of ceramic in a multitude of sizes and with a bunch of different mediums, such as the piano wire and water. His attention to detail is amazing, and one day I hope to be able to create such immaculate work as he does.
